The cups themselves are very neutral and can be used for either. You can really let what you top them with dominate the flavor profile.

But be aware that they have an incredibly high calorie count for a water cracker, and this is why I love them. Per serving of four crackers, there are 60 calories. With fat coming in at a mere 1 gram (and probably a bit less), and carbs at an unsurprising 10 grams, the nutritional values don't surprise me. The serving of this product contains zero cholesterol and 80mg of sodium. When I top this with the roe, I love it with some of the softer cheeses like mascarpone or brie.
