These crackers have been a favorite of mine for a long time. They were ordered to accompany some high-quality cheeses I received as a gift during the holidays. The flavors don't clash with any toppings you put on the crackers, which is why I chose them. br>br>The OFFER'S PACKAGING WAS CONFUSING. They were delivered in a separate carton. There were six individual boxes in that carton, each measuring four inches in length. It weighs 25 ounces. Each of the sesame and pepper crackers came in a separate box. The plain crackers were in the remaining boxes, for a total of 25. The crackers are described and pictured on Amazon in an unclear manner, weighing in at 5 ounces. I hope this helps to clear up any misunderstandings.
For a long time decades- A stoned cracker was my all-time favorite cracker. Red Oval Farms or something similar makes a wheat cracker in Canada. Then Nabisco bought them out and destroyed the cracker, an act for which I hope the company's top brass is sentenced to sweep a lawn of cracker crumbs with nothing but toothpicks for the rest of their lives. Needless to say, I began a boycott of Nabisco products at the time and never stopped. (There have been additional reasons for boycotting Nabisco since then. ) ) I'm still heartbroken over the cracker's demise. br>br>Anyway, in that crackerless desert terrain I found myself in, a land populated by Saltines, Ritz, Goldfish, and Chik'n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n- Whatever it was, and other nonsense, I eventually came across Wasa crackers and Carr's water crackers. Both are less haughty than my favorite Canadian cracker, but humility has its advantages. Wasa and Carr water crackers, unlike their Canadian counterpart, allow the topping to take center stage while providing a satisfying crunch, substance, and bite that complements the topping. Any topping (cheese, hummus, shrimp, etc. ) will make this dish delicious. So, while they're not as flashy as the Canadian cracker when eaten plain, they're still miles ahead of anything else I've come across, and far superior to the dreadful options available at eye level in my local supermarkets. And, needless to say, I buy Wasa and Carr's water crackers by the case because I'm afraid Nabisco will strike again in the future.
