Jennifer, yes I've had their Graham Bunniest hats that taste like chemicals and are smeared with their melted butter. Approximately six months apart, two boxes were purchased at two different times. The company will not be getting a third chance from me. After doing the research I discovered they haven't been able to resolve the recurring issue.
