The quality control system is not in place. In some bags, there is only one Graham cracker and there is a lot of air inside. Three are used by others. This is not consistent! It's a pity that the packaging issue will not be resolved soon. We love these snacks.
I love the taste of them, but they taste nothing like the box I got at the store. I don't know what's happening, but they don't taste like mine.
They are hard, their taste is awful, and my 3 grandkids won't eat them. And they are fans of Scooby-Doo, too Graham cinnamon cookies with a cinnamon flavoring. Therefore, I became curious as to why there were cookies left in the little bags by 6,9, and 11 year old children. That's right, I got it - big time. Not only were they stale, they were not crisp, they had a funny taste, and they were hard. I threw the box out. I am surprised at how much money was wasted. The reason I have written this review is because I feel badly about giving the cookie to my children. I know this review will never reach the public, but hopefully someone at amazon will see it and be able to read what I had to say. We need to take action on this problem.
Despite being baking fresh, the cookies tasted stale and like they were stored in the warehouse for a while. In fact, a replacement was sent by Amazon which was also stale.
They are great and I'll keep buying them whenever I need graham crackers & butter The stock needs to be restocked. This is so good you can't just have one, so go ahead and get your scooby doo face on.
It is hard to find cinnamon crackers that are as delicious as these. The taste and crispness are great. I also like the fact that it comes in a big box.
Those cookies are loved by my children as well as the kids next door. It's not enough for them, they I found these cookies for all Scooby fans who can't believe I found them.
I keep this cookie on hand for my young grandkids six and seven years old. Individual servings are more convenient for me, because there is no open box containing cookies, which might get stale after a while.
