I would rather they were made with healthier oils, etc. If they were, I would eat them more often. They are delicious and addictive. Perhaps they are not as unhealthy as chips, but I do wish they were made in a healthier manner. They kind of satisfy an occasional potatoe chip craving for me as they are.
It is my favorite thing to do. There is no way you can stop eating them if you order them too often. While they're low in sodium, if you eat a whole bag then you'll get the effects of too much sodium.
