My order for the case was delivered in April, but I still have some left. According to their 'best by' date, Nov 15 is the day to look for deals. A bit of staleness will happen to crackers, however. It doesn't matter to me if they are slightly stale, because I use these for breadcrumbs. In any case, if it runs like mine, yours should be out in the next couple of months, as well. However, it is hard to say for certain

They haven't been available at Whole Foods for a long time, so I've been buying them by the case. As a result of my multiple allergies, I am beyond thrilled to find a cracker that Well, while I do eat them, I don't really consider them crackers. This is what I use In my mini-fridge, I put a whole box The food industry Once the boxes are opened, process them again in the processor and store in the freezer. You can make breadcrumbs with them. There are some things I put them in (like salmon patties and meatloaf and meatballs) and some things I put them on the outside of. I often make baked versions of items that are usually fried, especially when I make them from scratch. I used these to bake my salmon patties when I first started. There are so many things I can use them for, such as baked potato pancakes and baked crispy eggplant circles! In watching a video about onion rings, I realized that I would definitely enjoy them on those as well! (yes, I know you can buy gluten free breadcrumbs, but I'm pretty sure they all have tapioca and Xanthan gum in them. ).
As a substitute for the round gluten free cracker offered by this brand, these are decent. The round ones may be thin, so they are not the best for spreading soft cheese, but how will we get by without them?.
The thing I hate most about these is having to go to a special store to get them!.
It does not contain xantham gum, and other nontoxic ingredients. All natural ingredients are used in this product. My gallbladder contains polyps, which causes gall to leak out. Due to its dryness, it helps absorb gall when it does leak out. It is also the cheapest gluten-free cereal I found. A product that is free to use.
We are unlikely to be able to use this product rapidly as a family of two.
We tried several crackers to find out what tasted and felt best, and discovered Glutino crackers. We received many amazements that a gluten free cracker could taste so good. It is a pleasure to work with you. Thanks for your kind words!.
I like this product, not much flavor, but excellent for cheese, and they do not break as easily as other brands.
