Quite a bit, actually. br>These aren't the healthiest options, but they're probably better than candy bars. br>When I eat these, I am satisfied. I'm feeling pretty good about myself because I'm snacking in a somewhat healthy way. You get a lot of bars for your money, so even if you eat the entire box in one afternoon, you can rest assured that you got a good deal.

Whenever you want a crunchy bar (but not too crunchy), this is the one to go for. These are something I'll never tire of. br>They're in all of our lunches, purses, and cars. They've been purchased on Amazon by this family for many years. br>This is the ideal snack. There are a variety of flavors to choose from. The price is fantastic, and the product has a long shelf life.

These were given away as part of a free lunch at an all-day event on a hot day. Put a couple of them in the freezer and - They were absolutely fantastic. I tipped off my family, and now I have to keep them hidden or I won't get any.
