Yes, they are "allergy friendly," as they are manufactured in a facility that is free of common allergens like: Peanuts, tree nuts, wheat and gluten, soy, dairy, egg, sesame, fish, and shellfish are all examples of foods that contain gluten. They are gluten-free, vegan, and organically grown. They're also tasty, and my kids love them!

We were ecstatic to get a nut-free option. For allergy-prone children, there is a free snack with some variety. HOWEVER; The rice ones (blue box) should be avoided at all costs. One of them had a live WORM in it, despite the fact that it was well past the best-used date. Mealworms, like the ones we use for fishing, looked similar. So sad. I'm not sure how much extra worm protein we ate before we realized what was going on. So far, everything else appears to be in order.
Oatmeal and breakfast bars are one of my favorite and only things to eat in the morning. Most granola bars (I prefer the soft kind) contain something I couldn't eat, which was a huge disappointment. I decided to give them a try, and I'm completely smitten. They're delicious, and they've managed to sneak in a vegetable serving as well. I also liked that they had this variety box because it included a lot of flavors that were not available at my local supermarket. They also sent me a few coupons, which was very thoughtful.
Because my child suffers from a variety of food allergies, I wanted to enjoy these snacks. They're simply too sweet. br> I ate two of the bars and was sick for the rest of the afternoon due to the sugar. br>The granola bars are superior to those offered by competitors. br>After one bar, my daughter refused to ask for another. =)br>If I didn't have any other snack options, I'd buy them. br>I'd like to see this company produce snacks that are less sweet or contain healthier sugar alternatives (i. e. dates). br>I like their concept and what they're trying to achieve, so three stars.
I would never have discovered this product if it hadn't been for Costco, which sells chocolate granola balls and mixed berry balls. Those are fantastic, but I jumped at the chance to buy a variety pack on Amazon. The bars come in a variety of flavors and are delicious, but they are a little smaller than a regular granola bar. The best part is that I am not aware of the mushrooms, broccoli, beets, or other vegetables served in the bar!.
snacks that are friendly! I purchased this pack as part of a Prime Day deal, but I had never heard of the company before. We eat a lot of snacks because we have four kids. Rather than keeping a separate stash for the child who cannot eat peanuts, tree nuts, or dairy, I prefer to buy snacks that are safe for him but also appeal to the other children. These pass the taste test; I've tried several varieties and think they're delicious. As a food allergy mom trying to include my child in the same activities as his siblings, I'm grateful for companies like this that offer safe alternatives.
However, I was extremely pleased with them as a treat for someone with severe allergies. Every flavor I've tried has far exceeded my expectations compared to other treats in this category. And they taste great, not just "good for an allergen-conscious bar. " This is the second time I've ordered them so that I can have them as a better treat on hand. br>br>Everything arrived in good condition, and I had no broken items. br>br>I'd say the bars are a little small, but not so small that they feel like a waste of money.
I was immediately hooked after trying the granola mini bites! This package deal is cheaper than Whole Foods' $4 price. By a long shot, 99 cents per box! Except for the banana/chocolate flavor, I like every flavor in this bundle. Not so much, to be honest. The ingredients are what drew me in to this brand. There aren't many of these, and they're all fairly "clean. " Finally, if you're following the WW Freestyle diet, these are ideal because they're only 3-calories per serving. Each bar or package bite is worth four points.
The only reason I got a low score is because of my sense of smell. Every time I bite into one of the Chocolate Crispy squares, I get a slight "earthy" odor. br>I'm not sure what that "earthiness" is, but it's off-putting. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I tried each item, and they all smell the same. My guess based on the labels is that it comes from the mushrooms used in the recipes. br>They taste like any other "diet" bar, according to my husband.
