Questions & Answers
Soy sauce, garlic, and S marinate tempeh cubes. If possible, prepare it the night before you intend to cook it. Do a stir fry the next day with whatever veggies you want—I used two kinds of mushrooms, broccolini, an onion, lots of dark leafy greens to wilt, etc. While the veggies are cooking, place the tempeh under the broiler to get it nice and crisp —10 - 15 minutes. It will take 15 minutes. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and enjoy!

I enjoy tempeh, and this tempeh is excellent. It works well as a filler or substitute for meat. It has a unique flavor that I find myself craving on occasion. However, if you eat it too frequently, you may become sick of it. This is a fantastic ingredient to use in a variety of dishes, and I particularly enjoy it in a curry.
Very tasty and a good source of protein for vegetarians. Tempeh cooked with garlic, soy sauce, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil is my favorite.
Before trying this, I didn't know much about tempeh. I used it in a stir fry for the first time, unsure of what to expect; it has a nutty flavor that is distinct from tofu, which is made in a different way than tempeh. I enjoyed the flavor and texture, and I appreciated how easy it was to prepare and how much protein it contained. It spoils more quickly than tofu, which I frequently forget I have in my fridge. I'm afraid I won't be able to do that with tempeh. When I need something like this, I'll definitely buy it again.
No one had to die because it makes great TLT sandwiches. That's also quite tasty!.
It's a good source of protein that's also easily digestible.
Lightlife is the reason I've always enjoyed tempeh's flavor. It has the best flavor and cooks quickly in a small amount of oil. It's also a good source of energy. For $4, you get a small package. I'll keep buying as long as the benefits outweigh the disadvantages.
It's like a Goodyear tire, but it's not food.
Great tempeh that keeps longer in the fridge than the store-bought variety.
