The label does not mention that it is romaine lettuce, but I had to throw it out because it does not indicate otherwise E. coli was reported to be the reason for throwing it away in the news.

I, along with the rest of my family, developed very bad stomach pain and diarrhea after eating this lettuce. The bacterial spores that were left on this lettuce after it was thoroughly washed must have been large, despite the fact that I carefully and thoroughly washed it before serving it. In the future, I would not buy this lettuce.
The scent and the sensation are all there. You don't even need to see it, you can feel it and smell it through the bag. My frustration is so great that I think I'll just throw away the rest of the perishables and never shop at What makes me think I can trust any of the food after seeing This is horrible.
It even says to wash my hands before eating, which grossed me out a lot. The thing about stuff that grows outside is that everything isn't always perfect and spotless. * Super tasty and The pickles, lunch meat, and tomatoes between them make them my favorite snack.
twice, the first bag had stems that were rusty or pithy, and the heart of the heads were matted brown. The next time I ordered, I thought it might be a fluke, but it wasn't. The same thing applies here. In the event there are a total of 3 hearts/heads in one bag, you'll be lucky if you are able to salvage 1 heart worth of non-destructible parts The metal is rusty and non-functional This lettuce is a bit pitiful. Value" means a value that is practical. Not at all.
When you buy this in person, you will select a good bag, but ordering this item online, you will end up with a bag you would never consider buying in a physical store. The last one I received was full of visible bugs on the outside of the bag and redness (rot) was beginning to develop on the lettuce I tossed it straight in the garbage. The bottom line is that you should not buy this product online. Save the lettuce for your next trip to the store and purchase it there instead.
When it comes to fresh produce, you need to handle it or store it in a specific way quickly to preserve it. Then I store them in a gallon-sized plastic bag once they are washed and wrapped in a wet paper towel. For up to 2 weeks, it keeps well in the fridge.
It went to the trash because 90% of it was wilted. It is a waste of money to buy this product. If you want the ones in plastic boxes, this is the better option.
I received my order within a week of placing it Originally dated 5 October 2018, this item is still current. The freshness of the food is not guaranteed. Whenever I order greens, it is getting a bit less fresh, a bit more disappointed each time. In the future, I would like to shop at local BJ's. The next time Amazon Fresh doesn't deliver fresh food, this will be the end of my Amazon Fresh experience.
