Hello! It's Spearmint, according to our Litehouse representative. Thank you very much! br>br>
For that reason, as well as for tea, I purchased this. It's fantastic! I add it to my simple syrup while it's boiling, then remove it from the heat to allow it to "steep" and flavor the syrup fully. The mint is then strained out (the pieces are tiny and soggy, and they don't look nice on the glass).
Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. I don't make smoothies, so I can't respond to your specific query! However, I use less dried mint than fresh mint as a general rule of thumb - Regardless of the recipe or product I'm working with. Because dried mint is always more concentrated than fresh mint, I prefer to use it in cooking and fresh mint in drink or dessert recipes. I agree that half fresh mint should be substituted for one quarter dried mint. br>Sincerely hoping that this is of assistance!
That's correct - to the best of my knowledge! br>br>I use this product in a lot of Moroccan and Middle Eastern dishes, and it works almost as well as fresh mint! I hope this information is useful.

As much as I despise paying such a high price for a product, every litehouse product we've tried so far has been well worth it in terms of flavor and quality. When possible, I try to use fresh ingredients, but I don't always have luck growing them or finding them in town. The advantages of living in a small town This is very close to being brand new. I'm blown away. I'm not sure about the shelf life because ours only lasted a month. This is a product that our family will buy again. br>br>Update January 2019br>This is the third time we've purchased this item. I also told my mother and mother-in-law about it. It's one of my youngest's favorite things to do with "her" Greek salad dressing. Every time we put this in something, the flavor is incredible.
Gundry), and it's expensive to buy fresh mint; I've tried growing it, but I have two black thumbs - I can kill a plant from a distance of ten feet. br>I love this freeze-dried Mint! It almost tastes like it's made from scratch! br>br>Recent changes: br>br> chocolate with peppermint ice cream made with ketones! ANAZING! It was no one's guess that it wasn't real mint!.
I make a tea with this and other spices to help me lose stomach fat without having to exercise. IT WORKS!.
Lighthouse freeze-dried herbs are some of my favorites. My local supermarket only carries the dill and basil, so I use them all the time. Mint was something I wanted to use in my sauces and to sprinkle on fruit. It's better than buying fresh, which turns into a gooey mess in less than a week in the fridge. The convenience and flavor of freeze-dried herbs are two of my favorite things about them.
In an effort to live a healthier lifestyle, I recently switched to teas instead of coffee and began to cold brew teas to replace other unhealthy cold beverages. After seeing a recipe for cold brewed hibiscus tea with mint and lime, I decided to purchase this to give it a try. It was extremely tasty and well worth the money.
This is the first thing I buy when I can't find fresh mint in the supermarket. I used it to make a soup with lemon, mint, and peas.
I compared it to other spice bottles. This was not at all what I had anticipated. However, while the small amount will get the job done, it will not last long.
Like the majority of Litehouse's other freeze-dried products, This appears to be a high-quality product; however, the type of mint and the labeling are both problematic. Spearmint is used in the majority of my mint-based recipes. This smells like a combination of spearmint and peppermint, with the peppermint being the dominant flavor. I would have purchased something else if I had known it was a mix because I have a mild peppermint allergy. Buyer beware, br>br>.
