A new group of people. The leaves were used, but a few were saved for the tops of the stems. The stems were then placed in a small glass cup filled with water and all of them took root successfully. This organic herb is now always on hand for me.
This is our third time ordering fresh organic thyme from Amazon Fresh, and the second time we've received "Family Owned" thyme. Koinonia Farm's "Grown in Maryland" label. It has a wonderful aroma and pleasantly surprised us by staying fresh in its clamshell packaging. For well over two months, I've been in the shell! (It had gotten lost in the fridge but had not spoiled in the least. ) We expect this packet to delight us just as much as the first; we highly recommend this purveyor and will keep an eye out for them in markets.
Fresh thyme arrived, which I used to butter and garlic steak. Thyme had been excellent. After being fried in butter, it ended up in the garbage can.
FRESHNESS AND DELICIOUSNESS - Excellent outcomes!.
Herbs were tasteless and dry.
Old.
Healthy.
Pleasant and revitalizing.
