Delicious and aromatic

Badia products are one of my favorites. Their spices and herbs are always fragrant and fresh. This thyme is absolutely fantastic. I'm an Italian who enjoys cooking from scratch. My marinara sauce, in particular. Thyme is a staple herb in my house for a variety of dishes, from sauces to vegetables, and some of the brands I've bought in the past were stale and smelled (and tasted) like dirt. Most of us have tasted dirt in some form or another at some point in our lives; This has a pleasant aroma and taste. It comes highly recommended from me.

The flavor is very fresh

Because I frequently run out of thyme, I decided to stock up this time. This company's seasonings, particularly the lemon pepper, have a very fresh flavor to them.
