The pears are crisp, have a great flavor, and no bruises

However, they should rest within three days or they start to taste fermented. I bought it twice. I thought the first batch tasted fermented but the second batch tasted great. You should be able to eat it all within two days if you consume it all in one go. Each time I bought six to share, I bought six.

Could it possibly be a tiny pear of "large" size? Then I realized they are nowhere near the size of the "large Asian pears

I would assume that the size of Asian pears does reflect their natural tendency to grow large, so when a product description says "large", I would expect that the size reflects Approximately the size of a small apple, and smaller than a medium tomato, I received the pear. This is not the place to buy them. If you go to any Asian grocery store, you can get an Asian pear that is 1/2 to 2/3 smaller for less money.

There are three items in my order. A few of these were damaged, but you were able to save many of them. I found mine to be a good size, and they The food was good and I would buy it.
