If you want to use these as more than just snacks, I usually cook them in a large coffee cup in the microwave to maximize their digestive benefits. It's hard to find tastier prunes than these! As a consumer, I have tried many brands of prunes, including Newman's Own organic prunes, Whole Foods organic prunes, and Looney Pruney California organic prunes. Looney prunes are the second best after Woodstock prunes if you can't get them.
