Rather than being a fruit, it is more like a candy

I purchased them in the hopes of making a healthy snack. The cherry flavor, on the other hand, is as artificial as candy and very strong. The prunes are extremely sticky and haven't been properly dried. I haven't purchased dried prunes from a grocer in a long time, so I can't comment on cost.

These with the cherry essence are fantastic! They are no longer available in my area's stores. A word of caution is necessary. Take it easy on yourself. Make sure not to go overboard. You'll spend the majority of the day on the toilet with severe tummy cramps if you don't indulge. After all, they are prunes, right?.
