Dry and chewy like a toffee, they are well dried. Those that are mushy are not an option for me. Most people like the mushy ones and prefer them to the soft As you have both dry and moist and soft options, I guess they have a choice. This is a great prune - I love it! You don't get the soft, wet prunes from other companies here. They are chewy and have a nice texture instead. Also, they don't contain too much sweetness. Taking them hiking is a great way to spend time with them.
