It is inflated. Could you still consume one of the little individually wrapped prunes if it seemed inflated like a balloon? This is the first time I've seen something like that. ?

I do not know if you meant the wrapper with the prune inside or the prune itself was inflated, but if the wrapper was inflated then it was probably exposed to heat, then yes I would eat it, but if the prune itself was inflated I am not sure.

I love it! I was advised by an older woman to start eating these while I was still Because I am a newly diabetic patient, I refuse all medication and I am making personal sacrifices for my organs (kidneys and pancreas). This is also a great way to not buy any snicker bars or M & Ms.

You can put these in a bowl and share them in a meeting with your peers. There is such a strong focus on health in today's society. Even though they come in an excessive amount of packaging, they do make excellent grab-and-go snacks Moreover, the snacks are convenient to take with you. The purpose of prunes is not normally to stuff them into a purse or carry them around in a pocket, but these are fine. Energy made by nature that's fast and healthy.
