It seems the production facility is gross because there was ant caramelized on one of the pieces. I have to throw it all away because there is an ant on one of the pieces. I think it was a waste to spend so much.

The ingredients are I liked it - spicy, not sweet but not too sweet. Ginger, cane sugar, calcium chloride, sulfite of sodium. I was disappointed, especially with the calcium chloride and sodium metabisulfite. I looked at the ingredients and it didn't list them, so maybe I should have expected more than just ginger and cane sugar. The update is Upon asking for a full refund, the seller said they would update the listing. Hence, I am updating this review based on their response.

Reviewing isn't something I do often, but I felt it was necessary in this case. The candied ginger sounded amazing to me, so I assumed this would be wonderful. That was not the case. I didn't think it was good at all. There was nothing good about it. Pine-Sol was soaked into the ginger before it was coated in sugar, so it tasted like it had been doused in it. As soon as I finished gagging, I threw the bag away immediately and didn't even bother getting in touch with customer service, because I couldn't imagine a replacement bag being any different so that I would There would have to be something completely different in the taste. Nonetheless, I would not recommend you to purchase the 2-pack if you are still curious A bag weighing 1 lb. Even if I received a bad batch of ginger, it will be hard to forget and has made me completely disinclined to try it again.

I love the big bag and it's fresh. Adding yogurt to parfaits is a good idea. The only bags I could find at my grocery store were small and, since I eat a lot of parfaits every week, I wanted something bigger. I think this is perfect for the job. seems to be very fresh, as it is chewy and soft. Although there is a subtle lemony taste, I have not grown accustomed to it yet. Not sure if it's a preservative or if it is just a flavoring. When I eat a piece of cake from the bag, I do notice it more than when I eat it in a parfait. As long as the ginger and lemon complement one another, it's not that big deal, but I personally prefer just plain lemon juice Put up the Although the bag was small, I really appreciate its size and how fresh it smells. Ginger is one of my favorite foods, so I was delighted to receive Oh Nuts Ginger as a present The item has been ordered several times by me over the years. It is a good price for the quality of the product. Ginger is like horseradish for anyone who is familiar with it - spicy, yet not too hot The hot bag is not everywhere - we have some hot bags and some not so hot bags This is not a problem for me though. My favorite part of it all is that it is all so beautiful!.

For the second time in a row, I ordered this dish and the ginger was dark and I was satisfied with the bags that I received the first time. It shows up burned in the mail now that I ordered another bag. This will be the last time I order from you. This is a shame, ginger is a delicious food when it is properly prepared. The photo I would post if I could is the one below. It is never ever this dark brown when it is candied ginger. The bag is bad, because I can see it through the bag. However, it was sent to some people nonetheless. I hate it.

I am drooling! The best ginger I have ever tasted! It is preserved dry, so the flavor is strong, the taste is fresh, and there is barely any sweetness. Sugar contains preservatives ( sugar is a My daily intake of ginger varies from fresh ginger to powdered ginger to candied ginger. I take these to cure my arthritis and to ease my hyperacidity and GERD.
This brand flavor is much better than fresh, and I will also use this to prepare food. This is a great buy!.
