Without a doubt! This ginger is fine to eat Sugar is added to it, but it is unsulphered. I and my husband each have a chunk of it before we go to bed it dramatically reduces our risk of heartburn at night.

You can taste the juice of the ginger. The ginger I received was exactly what I needed. There is no excessive amount of sugar in this candy and it is gummy, like a good piece of It was delicious!.

While I was waiting for the bag from Anna and Sarah, I took a risk and ordered one. It is my pleasure to recommend this particular crystallized ginger product as I am very satisfied with it. The pieces are fresh and soft with just the right amount of sugar, heat, nutty taste, and It was a plus that they helped alleviate nausea so well. If it were just for the pleasure of tasting it again, I would buy it again.

I don't think this is as current as it should be I haven't found this out-of-slice variety as hot as the sliced variety I have been buying from another source. I found the first few chunks to be tasty and texture great, but no heat at all. I watched the heat slowly build as the burn ensued it didn't feel too hot at the time. It will be great to see you again soon!.

Ginger bites are the best. The food was fresh and delicious. There is a good balance between price and quality.
