There are 30g of protein in every serving, according to the nutritional label. Apparently you get four ounces of food in each serving, which is quite large! What is the equivalent of 8 teaspoons
Those little pieces are not for you! You should have chunks of at least 3/4 inch to 1/2 inch in size. In order to use this for baking, it needs to be chopped. Good, strong ginger is one of my favorite tastes, and I eat it after each meal.
There does not appear to be any sulfur in it. In the ingredients, only two things are listed Ginger stems and cane sugar made from organic cane.
No chemicals are used in the cultivation of organic ginger.

A word of caution to the buyer. China is the country where this product is from. As can be seen in the comments section of the post, the organic version is not from China, but the organic version I received today was doled out You cannot return this item. This is a rip.
The decision didn't work out for me! Besides loving the aroma and flavor of Anna and Sarah Organic Dried Crystallized Ginger Chunks, I thought I just wouldn't like them. The odor is unique and I can't believe how delicious they are. A picture of the bag's label is included for this review because the ingredients are plainly listed on the back and the bag's ingredients are the same as those This is definitely something I would order.
It is China rather than the United States. The ginger is fresh and flavorful, but I was disappointed to learn the ginger came from China. I liked this company, but was disappointed to find out the ginger came from China. Ginger we provide under the Next brand is fresh ginger from Fiji, which is of high quality. If I were to choose between buying Fiji ginger or Chinese ginger, I would prefer Fiji ginger. The Chinese people. My recommendation is to change this policy and I will return to the small company.
It was many years ago that I gave up trying to find an unsulphured, crystallized ginger. Having tried 3 pounds of the ginger from Anna and Sarah, I was absolutely thrilled with it. The chunk size and shape are perfect, the taste and sugar are delightful, and there is not too much sugar present. The only ginger I have ever tasted better than this was from my momma. There were only five strings, no peels, and it was fresh, not chewy or yucky! I had 3 pounds and only had about 5 strings, plus it wasn't chewy or yucky! You'd be hard pressed to find any other ginger brand that matches Anna and Sarah's real crystallized ginger as far as freshness, taste, and price go! It is a great book and I could easily read through 4 in one sitting It takes 5 lbs a month to lose 5 lbs. There are many health benefits to ginger when added to your routine for your health, immunity and vitality it is used almost every evening in my golden milk and anytime there is upset stomach at my house it is used as a remedy. It has been a long time since I purchased crystallized ginger since I frequently found that it was tough and stringy. The crystallized ginger from Anna and Sarah is the best I have ever tasted or bought! This is the perfect size of the cubes, neither too large nor too small. Soft, not stringy and perfect for cooking or eating straight out of the bag, they know what it means to have a perfect recipe. 2 pounds of meat appeared to be too much for me. Initially I thought I'd be able to use the bag for a fair bit of time, but it's so good, I've already placed another order in less than a month. I did not have more than five pieces in my bag that were tied with one or two delicate strings. My favorite way to use this ginger is to add it to homemade Golden Milk. It adds the perfect touch to simmer my milk and then I get those great chunks to suck or chew after I'm done with it. You can be sure I will be purchasing from you again and suggest that you do the same.

Trying to smell the taste, I tried to give it a little more chewing, but there was no improvement . . . just a slight ginger and peppery taste. I guess I will sit with the naysayers. There was one positive thing about it it was fresh. These weren't really crystals, they were soft jelly's like a Chuckle, as those of you who remember them may remember. Even though they were soft like jelly should be, they just didn't taste very.
Although my son and I have tasted ginger before, this dish was completely disgusting to us. This is something I buy for nausea and I thought I might give this brand a try since the reviews looked good. There had to be a fee for the reviews. The ginger product I had tasted so bad that I never had it before. It didn't help with my nausea, but made me feel worse. The rest of my life will be spent with my regular brand of ginger products. The recommendation is not a good one.
