My card had a two-year expiration date from the time it was purchased. Because it's freeze-dried, it should last a long time, probably longer than the printed expiration date.

"Freeze dried" refers to the process of preserving a product using dry ice and a vacuum chamber/freezer, which is why it's often referred to as "space food" lol. You could probably freeze dry stuff in space, but it's also light enough to take on a rocket there. Because there is no water left in the product, it does not need to be refrigerated until it is rehydrated if desired. It's as hard as styrofoam and as dry as it gets.

" These (mangos) were cut like skinny french fries the first time I bought them, and they were delicious, so I bought them again. I placed an order for two more bags. I got new packaging this time, as well as a new cut on the fruit. Why do businesses feel compelled to "new and improve" their products until they are no longer useful? Have you managed to save some cash? You, on the other hand, have lost a client.

I'm glad I decided to take a chance and order them anyway because they turned out to be quite tasty. So far, I've consumed half of a bag and found them to be quite tasty. br>br>Here's something else to consider: In addition to the freeze dried bananas, I received white bags that listed citric acid as an ingredient. Upset! My corn-allergic daughter is unable to consume foods containing specific preservatives, which is why these dried bananas were ideal - She enjoyed eating them, despite the fact that they were only bananas. When I ordered them from Amazon for the first time, the pictures only showed bananas as an ingredient, but the packages I received said bananas and CITRIC ACID. No. Not only is she unable to obtain these at this time, but they were also advertised incorrectly.
It had a foul odor when I first opened it. Both the banana and the mango I purchased were of poor quality. I'd give it a one-star rating or a negative rating if I could. I demand a refund of my funds!.
These were ordered to go into the filling of my chocolate log roll. These were required by the recipe, as using fresh or frozen berries would result in a runny filling. The flavor was incredible, and it tasted just like it did when it was freshly prepared. The ganache-covered log, with fresh raspberries for garnish, was a hit at Christmas dinner. I made a second cake out of the leftovers, this time with raspberry filling. So delectable.
These ice cubes are designed to be frozen. I was surprised by how big the dried raspberries were. They're crunchy and sour/sweet in flavor, but they're not easy to eat as a snack. I'm not sure I can just eat them because of the texture and flavor. However, I believe the quality is adequate for the situation. These raspberries will go into one of my herbal tea blends. I popped a raspberry into the lemon verbena tea I was drinking to see what it tasted like, and it added a lovely, subtle fruity flavor. You should give it a shot, especially if you don't care for raspberries in their natural state.

Notes on the Way They're Labeled: I don't see anything on the label indicating that it contains potassium, but after doing some research, it appears that freeze-dried foods do not contain potassium. I'm not sure if it's just an oversight because drying destroys it. Based on some other reviews, it appears that this company's products have labeling issues (for example, the calories per serving don't match the calories or serving size on my fitness tracking app, and the package says gluten-free). Free, but the fine print says it was made in a wheat-processing facility, so I'm not sure if they guarantee no cross-contamination. For those with severe allergies, contamination may be a problem). My first order from them was packaged in such a way that it stated that it was fair-trade. trade. The second hinted at it on the back, but didn't say it outright. Anyway, it appears to be an ethically produced product, they were tasty and had a nice texture, and the bags I received were large enough for my needs, so 5 stars.
I've tried and enjoyed other freeze-dried pineapple. This, on the other hand, is a dreadful product. The pieces aren't light and airy, but rather hard and unappealing. When I first tried them when they arrived, I was disappointed. Oh, and there was a horrible aftertaste that tasted like a bitter, acid bite and made my tongue sore on the side. My tongue still hasn't fully recovered after three days!.
