When I looked last a few days ago, Oxo beef cubes were not available from Amazon in the US, but I bought some from British Food Shops online. I also bought vegetable and lamb from Amazon. It is essential! You might be able to order from Walmart online.

Most grocery stores do not carry lamb stock, which is why they do that. You can substitute these for beef stock in those recipes and it will give you a more flavorful, real lamb taste.
