Does not make it into garlic and onion flavored beef. As a child I was raised on Golden Broth and have continued to buy it whenever it may not be available When rice water is cooked, and when rice water is served as tea, it is mostly used to flavor the water. I am not an expert in cooking beef, and finally tried this out to see if it would work. I love you! In a previous post, I slow cooked some kind of beef steak or roast. Adding this gave it the beefy and depth of flavor I was It is not to my liking the normal seasonings found at the grocery store. Garlic and onions appear to be the main flavors of all of them. Instead of garlic meat, I would like to try the meat itself. It's now hard to decide which version of George Washington I like more.
All of my life I have used this stuff, but sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of it. It was a great find on Amazon that I am grateful to have. This flavoring is my favorite for making casseroles, soups, etc. If you are vegetarian, it can be a great replacement for bullion or other meat flavors.
My experience with this product has been positive for many years. I would recommend it. This is a staple I keep on hand at all times.
This is a great ingredient for stews and gravies.
After I received this broth, I noticed msg was one of the top ingredients. I couldn't find it online before ordering this broth, but I found it once it arrived. This isn't something we can eat in my house. The use of msg as a flavor enhancer is still extremely common. I think this is a bad idea.
It's impossible to get the taste of G like anything else. The rich brown flavor of Washington.
A number of vegetarian dishes are made with GW broth. Popcorn is one of the things we use it for. The thought of living without it is really upsetting to me. The cost of the product is why I am giving it 3 stars.
Used for more than half a century. Meat dishes as well as vegetarian casseroles can be prepared with it. It's not a bad idea at all.
