The price of $19 for 16 oz appears too good to be true. Is it concentrated?

This person is very focused. In making 2 1/2 gallons from 16 oz of stock, 16 oz will produce 16 oz.

Do you have any visual clue regarding the appearance of this vegetable stock? Does it have a creamy or lumpy texture?

There is a lot of water and the liquid is runny but the flavor is good.

Could this be substituted for bouillon cubes in a recipe that calls for them? Do one tablespoon and one cube amount to one?

It would work far better if it was done. It should be about 1 tbsp. You can add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp depending on your taste and salt to your taste since it doesn't have too much salt.

Is it possible to freeze leftovers if they are not consumed in 6 months?

Vegetable stock of this quality is a great option. It's enjoyable to eat the ice cream straight from the tub sometimes! A rich but balanced flavor can be found here without the artificial sweetness in most canned and boxed stock products. A classic vegetable stock made with carrot, onion and celery stocks, wine, tomato paste, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powders and seasonings could be reduced 20 times if needed. My role in cooking for vegetarians has led me to cook for even devout carnivores. So, I have found that this stock reduction can do the job of a glace or demi-glaze based on meat A sauce is served with the sauce, (a roasted vegetable dish is also available. The one I use is a starch-based sauce that thickens sauces better than this one and has a stronger flavor) and it can be used as a soups and stews base as well. In addition to the mushroom stock, I add a little of More Than Gourmet's Mushroom Stock for a more complex flavor. I buy it in 16 ounces because I use it so often. As soon as they're opened, they'll keep well in the fridge. This is a great product to keep on hand.
