There is a strong flavor of beets in it. The soup is very good because it's cold. Sour cream is also good as an addition and is usually added by most people.
It has been a few There's only one problem following that point, and that is that the beets lose color, but they are still edible.
There is no difference between the way it is processed and how it tastes. I bought this last time a diced one. Isn't a good substitute because the beet pieces are so small it doesn't change the flavor. It is only a problem that pieces of the pieces always fell to the bottom of the bottle. By the time I reached the bottom of the jar, very little was being able to come out.

I had not bought borscht as an adult for many years, but wanted to once again try it. It is a world away from what it was in the past The beets in this dish are almost nonexistent and what little there is are mostly minced. There is maybe half of a beet in each jar at the most. Beet juice isn't present in the soup, so all it can be called is sweetened water. I think this is a ripoff of the highest order. Buy this item at your own risk. There is no way it will satisfy your nostalgic hunger for borscht and, if you're buying it as a way to try borscht, it is NOT going to be representative in any way. If you want to try other brands, you can do that.
Sugar water in a purple hue. You can read the ingredients here With the microscopic beet shreds there are some canned beats to go along with them. With the addition of a generous sprinkling of sour cream in each bowl, it was more than acceptable, but I will not purchase It is a very disappointing product, especially considering its.
It seems that there are none that have not been shred (UGH). I saw them yesterday and they were shredded, not diced, and Golds Brust used to have dicked beets but no longer has them, and Manischewitz has a boiled variety that dicing, but I saw them yesterday and they are shreds now. I want to know why these companies are problematic.
The reality was very different from the description! A product like this can I found this article to be very helpful. The dish was supposed to have diced beets in it. This is what the label says as well as what the description says. This is not the case! In the picture you can see the contents of the mason jar compared to the actual "diced beets. ". A jar of unappetizing beet mush was found in the jar. broth was strangely pink, almost pale, and with a very bland taste compared to what I expected - I expected a strong, dark red liquid There is almost nothing to taste. We have disposed of this unreturnable item in the garbage since it is not returnable.
There weren't any diced beets in it. You are not eligible for a refund from Amazon. Spending money that is not necessary.
br>While they were very thick, there was a distinct lack of beet solids The borscht was very watery, in contrast to the jars from the supermarket of the same brand.
Most of the time, it tastes yummy, like the stuff my grandmother made. However, the last batch I bought was brown, stinky, and tasted rotten. There is a lot of fluctuation in the price of this stuff. Why is that happening? The last batch could not be paid for, so I didn't drink it. There was no expiration date on it, and the seal was intact, but I think that the beets.
