About every night of the week, my family cooks. Our kitchen uses a lot of beef and chicken stock, whether we're making soup, gravy, or stew. We can replace 8 cartons of beef broth in our pantry with this small bottle of concentrated stock. Better than Bullion is good, but I am not a fan of the taste afterward, so we usually opt for the carton. Concentrated stocks are a lot better than bulk stocks and they don't have the aftertaste which Better than Bullion does. The diluted stock was flavorful and I have used it for soups and ramens. When diluted as directed, it does not taste too salty because it is already salted. I'm glad we found this, but overall our search was successful. A few of the concentrated stocks had an off taste to them so I wasn't interested in tasting them anymore. The flavors are not strange or out of the ordinary in this one. Furthermore, I don't need to use a carton of broth because I can store these bottles instead of them. My family and I have been using the Knorr brand in both powder and liquid form for many years. This brand's flavor enhancers elevate the taste of my meals as a result of the variety of flavors it offers. I had to test the Knorr Chicken Concentrated Stock right away. My gravies, stews, and stir fries have all been topped with it to date. mixes easily with milk or water it also has a strong thickening component, and the yeast extract listed in the ingredient list could be responsible for this. The taste is well balanced, but, although all natural, one would suspect it tastes a bit The reason this is the case is that sugar is yet another ingredient listed. I don't understand why sugar is a mandatory ingredient in nearly everything in the market since it is certainly not healthy, especially if you consume it in large amounts.
