For those who like to cook at home

It's not too difficult to make 3 gl of au jus at a time the old-fashioned way when I'm a prep cook at a 4 star steak house in Vegas. In total, it takes 12 hours to roast the bone and caramelize the Trinity and other ingredients. My experience with your product at this level has been the best I've had.

A flavoring that is second to none

Whenever Johnny's Au Jus is on the menu, it is one of the best. As a chef and smoker/BBQ enthusiast, I do a lot of cooking. There is so much flavor in this product, and it is so easy to use. Although I have tried a few others, including powder forms, this is the closest so far. In St Louis as well, it can be hard to locate.

I have the perfect dip

I needed to make a light treat for two different occasions, so I made French Donut Pinwheels. The were a hit at both events, and saving the time of making a dip was great. Complimented on a number of occasions. Give it a try!.

I can hardly stand the saltiness of this stuff! The first time I saw an jus, I thought I could make a quick little beef gravy without having to cut it, but the salt flavor is so intense you have to cut it despite the manufacturer's recommendations

Johnny's is our favorite restaurant and we've been using it for years. Lunch is one of my favorite things to eat with Boca Burger. An excellent flavor is added to a veggie burger by using this ingredient.
