Unfortunately, this supposedly healthy organic product turned out not to be that healthy, similar to almost every other ready-to-eat food. Make your own (organic) broth The sugar in sugar is made of GMO beets
Yeast extract is made of MSG (intensely affects the nervous system)
Natural flavor = (hidden) MSG, and natural flavor cannot be natural!! Apparently they are even willing to lie about it (reading the manufacturer's comments)
