Do you know how long the shelf life of these products is?

Sixth of June, 2021, I received my package. Nov 2022 would be the best time to use this item. The entire process is being done in small mylar bags using my vacuum sealer, so I expect they will last

The soup was great and it was quick

The stuff I read here is great. In the microwave, I make soup by the bowlful using this, sodium-free bullion, a little cooked rice, and sometimes frozen mini chicken wontons. A pot does not need to be washed. It's on its way to me as well! [Edit] I made a full pot of soup by using bone broth with the bullion and adding 10 min farro (ancient grain) in place of rice. It was better the next day, too.

Potatoes make up the majority of the ingredients in this dish

Though I was interested in this product because of the wide variety of dehydrated vegetables, the fact that potato was one of them didn't pull me in as much as I had hoped. It wasn't until after I received the product and read the package that I realized that potato was the most important For me, it appears to be filler. It would be better for me to buy potatoes separately if I wanted them.
