There is a stamp on the glass indicating the expiration date. The expiration date of my license (which is 5/18/2020) is 2 years before the date I bought it. Refrigeration is applied to this product after it has been opened.
Vinegar is listed in the ingredients, and I know that for some people who are gluten free, vinegar can cause issues. My family and I love this product, and I will be buying more in the future.
