Whenever I make (my own version of) bouillabaisse, I always use mine in the stock, diluted well beyond that, about 2 packages per I love it.

On the package, there are no nutritional details, so we do not know how much sodium is in it. According to their manufacturer, it contains natural sea salt and is gluten free, GMO free and free from genetically modified organisms.

For the past couple of years, I've been looking for something like this. In one store near the deli, it was available, but soon all of them stopped carrying it. The chowda here is the best, and I am happy to see it! You can make clam chowda or just drink it with a piece of toast and garlic bread on a cold evening. It's an excellent product that I will buy again, and I'm giving one of the boxes away to the neighbor who wants to make some. This will be a hit with her, and you will love it too. The stuff in a bottle is far inferior. Thanks for offering this product, I'm glad I found.
In the recipe requirements for clam boils or clam juice, I used this recipe as the base for a Paella, and the flavor was great.
