I ordered a dozen bottles of the clam juice, and they all arrived individually wrapped in heavy-gauge wire The bubble wrap should be heavy duty. To poach fresh scallops taken from the bay (day boat), I usually make a simple stock out of clam juice. There's a little soup made of this clam juice and whatever juices the scallops add when I serve them. There is clam juice in these bottles that is ideal for this purpose.
