Do you think this product would be suitable for use in a stir-fry if you have an allergy to gluten? This product was made with equipment usually used to produce wheat-based products). ?

Therefore, I am unable to answer that question since I do not have gluten issues. When I made it, I used it for lobster clam chowder soup. I was worried that it would be too fishy, however, it was delicious.

It is not my business, but I suggest you ask the company for details! Generally I have found this brand to be quite good the juice and chopped clams are generally grit-free, tasty, and I use it for making Fourth of July clam chowder and clam cakes. It is a brand I have used for more than The Tom Ray Show

The answer is yes, according to me. For seafood gumbo, I adapted this recipe. It turned out really well!

Buying in volume is cheaper

Rather than spending too much on an 8 oz tiny bottle of this stuff, it would be smart to buy it in a larger quantity and freeze This is an exceptional option if you use clam juice in Asian dishes such as stir fries. However, you will have to figure out how to store the can once you open The following are some ways you can go about it 1) Pour 8 ounces into a ZipLock freezer bag, burp it, 1) Buy a few dozen cheap ice cube trays, fill them with clam juice, freeze them, and then wrap them in a plastic grocery bag to keep them from freezing.

Chowder from Rhode Island is best made with this product

To get a Rhode Island clam chowder one can only get in Rhode Island, I use this with a large can of diced clams.

Making lobster bisque with this product is a favorite of mine. I like the way it tastes and how well it works. There are times, however, when getting it for a reasonable price seems difficult.

I like it a lot. The clam juice needed to prepare a clam chowder, Hatteras style, couldn't be found locally. It was on Amazon, so of course it was on there. Since the tiny bottles at the local grocery store were about $4 each and I needed over 46 oz, I would buy it again. We got a great deal here.
