I'm so eager to try it. It tastes SO much better than the brand I've been using for years! It’s great to learn about Bar Harbor Clam Juice. I use clam juice a lot as a “hot weather recovery” drink in the summer time. I add a little lemon juice and some tabasco, put it over ice, and it’s amazing. Don't forget to drink it There are certain things you must like about clams in order to enjoy this. It is my favorite food to eat.

This made my new England clam chowder taste great and was tasty. I also used it for clam sauce, which turned out well. It is the only brand I keep on hand. I have tried others and this is by far the best.

I liked it a lot, but it was also a little bit Depending on the ingredients I add to my chowder, I separate the salt amount A beer cap is a cap - The bottle style is not ideal, but as there is only 8 oz total, I don't think resealing it will be of much help.

A flavorless product

The product I used to make these clam fritters replaced the water needed in the recipe. My money would have been better spent if I had saved it. It does not taste of clams at all.
