Questions & Answers
As far as I can tell, the list of ingredients only lists salt and no sugar or oil. It does not say anything about added ingredients for smoking, and I do not taste any added spice. I am not sure whether the meat is brined before smoking
That's not the case, in my opinion.

These sardines were the first time I ordered them I was pleasantly surprised at their taste, price, and excellent quality. Wild in flavor, they are full of smoky, tangy flavor Packaged in a BPA-free container, they are caught and packaged in a BPA-free Aside from their high protein content, they are also an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. On those tender wheat crackers with a bit of remoulade sauce, or on rye crisp crackers with a bit of butter, they are so good. You can have this for a snack or small meal and it is delicious. The salty and flavorful combination will really hit the spot when you are craving something salty and tasty. There were 12 tins in the case. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stock their pantry with a quality item at an affordable price. Even though the fishies have a stronger "fishy" taste, combining them with the remoulade cuts up the "fishy" taste to make it more pleasant for those who are more sensitive or might still be.
He never eats sardines when I do, and neither does my husband. There was virtually no strong fishy smell with these. There was a subtle smokiness to the taste, a pleasant feature. The meat was meaty, and the pieces were a good size. It was surprising to find out that they were skinless and I really liked that about them I wasn't aware it would make a difference to me and I didn't know how much it would affect The answer was yes to my question. Having tried 3 varieties from this company, this was the last one I tried. Other than that, the kippers and the herring w/ cracked pepper were also good. It was very fun to use each of them, and I am going to continue to purchase them to rotate amongst each other, since they are all so different. My opinion is that the extra money is worth it.
There is a good sense of taste, texture, and thickness to the fish. My only mistake occurred when I dropped by the store to pick up the items that the country of origin of the product had Despite the fact that Amazon's photos indicate that the product is Canadian, it still states it is one. Please also note that the front side is no longer called North Atlantic, but.
Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the batch I have opened a few tins so far, and every time I open up one, the sardines never look like solid pieces of fish This is more of a sardine much that is flavorful, but seems to be lacking in So, maybe I got a bunch of 'seconds' in my case as well.
The smoked Portuguese sardines in oil, once offered by Haddon House, are no longer available. As good as this was, we went searching for something similar. This is what they The oils we add to them are costly and we must add our own. Now, they have the most delicious taste and the best quality of any canned smoked sardine you can get. In addition to the top rated brands, we have also tried several others.
The situation has so far been positive. Sardines, which you can buy for $2 at grocery stores, were my diet growing up. In the end, I decided to go organic and started shopping at I discovered these a few weeks ago when a friend pointed them out. Those sardines sure were smoky! I'd never had anything like this before. Buying a can for $13 at a local market, she had no choice but to buy one. Oh no! After browsing Amazon, I decided to buy 12. Their prices are great, so I got It's great. I like it very much. Whether served with salad or just crackers, it's delicious. Currently, I am researching other brands of sardines.
It has a nice smokey flavor that I consider pleasant for those who find canned sardines to be You may not dispose of vegetable oils in garbage.
It is a bigger portion size than you can buy in any of the supermarkets around It is his favorite way to eat them. He eats his with mustard! We feel that they are overpriced, so he said he wouldn't be ordering them again.
