The lobster juice I use to reduce the amount of oil and butter in Shrimp Scampi is very mild in flavor, so I add it to the dish. The recipe is made delicious with the flavor of this ingredient.
These lobster sauces are used in a variety of recipes for seafood.
It is not Quantity 12 as indicated in the product description! It is a LIE that 8 oz QTY 12 is a sample size. It's ridiculous that I received just 1 bottle for the price I paid. In this case, I ordered it because the store where I previously bought it did not carry it any longer. While I won't be paying 5 times what it usually costs, I will make some exceptions.
The liquid remaining at the end of the recipe cannot be preserved. I also had difficulty opening it. Because the entire top of the bottle including the cap is wrapped and I did not see the faulty cap with no spout for pouring the juice out, I did not realize that the cap had no spout to control the amount of juice that comes out of the bottle. This bottle is wrapped in bloody red plastic so thick that you cannot see through it. I tried to open the can with my hands, but I was unsuccessful and used a towel to try to secure it harder. It took a while with me fussing with the can opener and trying to open it with a towel to use the lobster juice for the first time. Angry as I was, I just wanted to hurl a rock. We are in the year There has been much research done over the last few years on reusing bottle tops, caps, and spouts. Dish detergent commercials, thick ketchups, and trash bags that don't tear are just a few of the things that no longer feature. Adding the adjective "classic" to the description of Bar Harbor doesn't mean it's stuck in its ways. Aside from that, wrestling with that bottle aggravated my arthritis in my hands and carpal tunnel syndrome in my wrist. OH MY GOD, I AM SERIOUS. I warn you. It tasted fresh and helped my soup, but the price was too high and it wasn't worth the time, research, or effort to make it. TRAUMA IN BOTH THE PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL DOMAIN. After pouring out some old sauce and adding the extra lobster juice, I had to slosh out some old sauce with a good bottle. Don't forget the bottle with the Wasabi on it! This Ginger Peanut Sauce is now Maine Lobster Juice. Be sure to write down either the expiration date or the brand. Quite funny, it states that it will be good until That's hilarious. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! THERE IS NO DEFECTIVE DRINKS IN THAT BOTTLE.
