There is nothing on the label that indicates that it is gluten free, so I assume it is not.

It is true. There is a better option than The ingredients include chicken meat, including naturally occurring chicken juice, salt, sugar, corn syrup solids, chicken fat, hydrolyzed soy protein, dried whey (milk), flavor, disodium inosinate and guanylate, and turmeric.
The jars are to be refrigerated after opening, and I just go by the Use By date on the label. Having opened the jar about two weeks ago, I have until Jan 12 2021 in the Use By Date, so it lasts for an extended period of

My experience speaks for itself, so I'm quite satisfied with it. find the Amazon pricing to be far too high, as I found out after the fact that it was twice as much as a local grocery store. How could anyone have predicted this.
As soon as the package arrived in the mailbox, I could smell chicken, so I knew I wasn't going to eat it. I took the jar inside and opened it. The jar had a layer of bubble wrap around it, but the bottom of the jar had been damaged and was no longer useful. In order to return an item, I get the message that the item cannot be We are now left with a decision to make.

I really enjoy the flavor It takes 1 teaspoon to make 1 cup. A good value, in my opinion. Use 1 Tbsp instead of a tsp if you want to make the same one I did with 1 Tbls per cup. There was a lot of force behind it. It is equivalent to 3 tsp to 1 Tbl.
Good product, but the delivery was not reliable. It is no longer possible to ship within two days. I still hadn't received it after five days, even though it showed up as delivered in my order status. The post office left it outside in the hot sun the next day - a chicken product! I have no idea if it is still edible. Out there was a temperature of 100 degrees.
The bottom line is that it's an excellent tool and I strongly suggest everyone.
