As part of our emergency supplies stash, we purchased this product and another Sea Fare Pacific item (the cioppino). I was pleased to learn that the company uses wild fish, and that played a role in my decision to buy. With a creamy base that sticks to a spoon, this seafood-flavored dessert coats the taste buds. I found this bisque to have a much better texture than other canned creamy seafood soups, and it was devoid of any of the off flavors I usually experience with canned food. With pasta and rice you could make a wholesome meal for one, or you could fluff it up with one packet of if you like. You can be able to eat the bisque straight from the bag once heated. If we're still without power during the next outage, I'll happily enjoy one, and I plan to include them in the camping gear, boating gear, and travel gear, too.
They are good, with bits of seafood, and they taste good, although they are a bit expensive. I ordered them to keep in my emergency pantry, but we didn't eat them all. The price would need to come down though if I were to buy again.
I am completely amazed by how good it is. It's not just good for bag soup, it's awesome. Automate delivery by setting up a subscription. (My came in a different version? Can you clarify? but it is still terrific.
The idea of such a thing online skewed my opinion, but I ate it all and I'm going to try it again Add more to your order.
It was delicious. I highly recommend it.
