There are four containers, each with two servings. It's quite costly!

Is there only a bone broth made with chicken bones? I'm not a big fan of beef, am I right?

They do, in fact. I order the variety package, which includes one chicken, one chicken with mushrooms, and one beef. Check to see if you can get all of the chicken you want.

Is there any milk in any of these? Broccoli and cheese, I'm guessing?

Of course, we're talking about the broccoli cheese. Also try the mushroom bisque and butter curry. Coconut milk is used to make the spicy cauliflower.

Is it Kosher certified?

For such a small amount, it is far too expensive

For four small boxes, the price is way too high. It had a decent flavor. I won't buy it again because it's too expensive; they put keto on a food product and want to charge ridiculous prices for it.

A soup that is beautifully presented; However, the flavor of all four soups was terrible; I tried them all and threw them away after two spoonfuls of each. If you're looking for a Keto Soup, it's probably best if you make it yourself.

Simply put, you should not. This is something I really wanted to enjoy. I had to persuade myself to buy it because it was so pricey. Make sure you don't make the same mistake I did. br>If there was a way for me to give this no stars, I would. Even one star seems excessive. br>At first glance, this soup appears to be unappealing, with a pale pussy yellow hue and no other colors to break it up; you'd think green from broccoli, but there wasn't even a sprout of broccoli in there. br>You'd expect it to be a thick and creamy soup, but it has a thinner than water like consistency and tastes horribly sour. br>Cheese and broccoli. There are no hints of either of those in the soup, and it has a godawful aftertaste that took an eternity to get rid of. My husband, who will eat almost anything, couldn't eat more than two bites. br>It isn't worth $5, much less $30. I'm not even going to try it with mushrooms.

Soups made with bone broth for the keto diet

Bone broths from the kettle and the fire have long been a favorite of mine because they are both tasty and filling. When I decided to go on a Keto diet to lose weight last fall, I tried the keto soups and fell in love with them! They're absolutely fantastic. I drink a cup with a small side salad and am completely satisfied, plus I've kept my 15-pound weight loss even during the holidays! I'll have some on hand at all times.

Taste isn't there at all

I was eager to get my hands on this keto soup and anticipated it to be thick. creamy. Although the consistency was thin, that could be overlooked if the flavor was there, but the taste of both the Mushroom and the Tomato was excellent. Broccoli Cheddar was an acquired taste. I was unable to complete the task as well. I now have a box of each of these items that I am unable to use. I suppose I'll donate them to a food bank. Very let down.

I feel ashamed for buying it because it's a joke and a waste of money

Because I'm a truck driver trying to stay in ketosis and stay healthy on the road, I bought these expensive, overpriced convenient boxes of soup. They were only tolerable and thin. I can't describe how disgusting the flavors were without gagging. Shame on them for overcharging and gouging, and shame on us for falling into the trap of buying this crap online. Money that could have been better spent. I'm not a pocket eater by any means, and while I normally could season something and call it good, that won't work here. I tried the variety pack, and if you don't believe me and still buy it, avoid the butter chicken at all costs.

So, unless you've been using bone broth your entire life, I wasn't expecting it to taste absolutely delicious, and I was looking for the healing benefits of bone broth without having to cook it! That is exactly what has happened. They even used it in flavored soups! If I'm eating the soups, I doctor them up. Bone broth has a distinct flavor when cooked long enough to extract the marrow and reap the benefits, and if it tastes too good, I doubt the quality. So, if you're looking for something that's good, genuine, and comparable to, if not better than, other broths, bone broth is the way to go. Get this!.

The macros appear to be excellent, and it isn't just broth. I was eager to try some real soup, so I heated up a can of cream of mushroom soup. It was inedible to me because it tasted so bad. It had a plastic taste to it and tasted like artificial gum. It was necessary for me to discard it. Although xantham gum is listed as a minor ingredient, I believe it makes a significant difference in the soup's quality.
