A base is all we have. I liken it to having a basement without a house on top of it. Based on it, we can build on a strong foundation. Adding heavy cream makes a difference. You can remove the lobster tail from the shell easier by steaming it, then dropping it into cold water. You should now add the broken pieces of bacon to the bisque you are cooking with heavy cream. There are several layers to it, but it is worth the effort. I think this is an excellent place to start.
