The product arrived in a dark brown box that had been saturated with water. Getting the plastic out of the sink and hurrying to the sink After the outer wrap was removed from the bottle, the bottom of the bottle literally fell into the sink, followed by the remaining sauce. I'll never know how good the sauce was, since it was lost. I rarely share a negative comment, but I must make this.
The size of the bottle is great. This is the perfect option for beginners who love the brand but don't use much.
The bubble wrap seemed to have protected it well, but it arrived broken. Neither a dent nor a tear was present in the box. It didn't bother me to return or have a refund, but just a heads up so that I might wrap better going forward.
