The low sodium version of Worcestershire sauce is difficult to find in supermarkets. This product is an essential ingredient in many of my The amount of effort required is not great. You can enhance the flavor of just about anything with as little as a teaspoon. The browning of chicken and seafood after they have been sautéed is especially useful. When added at the end of the cooking cycle, it makes an enormous difference in both the appearance and taste of the food.
The fact that a low sodium product does not lack any flavor is a pleasant surprise. It is nice to add to meats and burgers to enhance their flavor, and does not leave a noticeable taste gap compared to its high sodium counterpart. Overall, the product performs as expected and is.
Whenever I am following a low sodium diet, I use this product. A lower sodium food with a bit of flavor would be great.
With this product you will never have to taste anything else but Worcestershire Yummooo- This is absolute. This is a good buy. It will be you who will thank yourself for your intelligence.
Although it's not truly "low" sodium, it is reduced, and if you love Lea & Luca's products, then it's a good choice If you love Perrins' Worcestershire Sauce as much as I do, and if your doctor has ordered you to drastically cut back on sodium, then There's a remarkable similarity between the original and the clone.
The flavor is really no different between this and the normal product, since Worcestershire is really only used as a spice or additive. I use this stuff to season red meat, homemade salad dressings to lower my salt intake, since it is mostly dried herbs and spices.
Since they are not salt free, I have some flexibility when it comes to cooking that I would not have otherwise. I like what you have done.
Having a hard time finding reduced salt products and this one works as a recipe ingredient.
