When you mix this, how do you do it? Is it all water or is there broth as well?

Add it to water or broth to give it more flavor, but if you want to add it to any sauce, you can mix it with it. I just prefer the flavor of this bouillon a great deal more. My life will never be the same again if I use plain old bouillon.

Can you tell me if the Au Jus powder contains gluten?

You will find wheat in this product. It does not appear to be gluten free, therefore.
