It is because of my allergy to soy that I cannot consume it. My experience speaks for itself All Worcestershire sauces found in a store contain soy. My chef fear that he will never be able to cook again with Worcestershire sauce. let's face it, there is no getting around this fact. Thank you. Hallelujah! There is a VERY fine powder to it. My hands are always at arm's length when I shake it out. It has an added benefit, as I can now add it to my rubs since it's a powder.
Having used Worcestershire Power for 8 years, I highly recommend it. There is no longer a grocery store that sells it. There's lots of space in this bottle, so you'll be able to share.
