The others are packed with them. A lot of sauces have to be avoided by me due to a fish oil allergy. I love the taste of this.
If you are vegan and looking for good tasting Worcestershire, this is the sauce for you! Organic is a bit expensive, but can't be beat for the price. You should give it a shot. There is no reason that you will regret making that choice.
Whatever the reason may be, during this time of The conventional, name brand Worcestershire sauce I was looking for at the grocery store was unavailable following the 19 pandemic. My purpose was to see if I could find a vegan or organic version here, which I found Thank you, Aunties! Being the first time using/tasting it, I was a bit hesitant due to the fact that it came in 3 bottles and cost $5 per one, however I have not been I need to place an order for more.
Changing my lifestyle to WFPB was a transition for me, and I was worried that I would not be able to find good recipes or food and It was a very pleasant surprise to find out I was mistaken and that this product was great. As far as the taste is concerned, it's so similar to my regular Worcestershire sauce that I can't tell the difference. Trying new things is still on my list, but at the moment this is on the shelf. Recommendations are warranted for this book.
It is especially good for cooking since it is less salty and has a greater umami taste.
Because of how quickly he goes through these smaller bottles, he has expressed a desire to purchase a larger size bottle. In addition to this, we might be able to save more money with the larger size bottle.
I had to order 3 jars because my local grocery store stopped carrying it. This blend works great to make rich gravy or anything else you need this flavor for.
