The taste is not too bad, but it is a little more bitter than I like in The way it is is a matter of personal preference some people may like it that way. More molasses was added to it to sweeten it and that helped quite a bit. One thing I didn't like about it was that it contained wheat, which is in In most soy sauces in the U. S. , wheat is added. In addition, it is slightly more expensive than I would have liked for the amount of product. It's interesting that it is in glass, not plastic, and I also like how large it is.
