PIG CORPSE is not mentioned in the ingredient description. The image does not include all of the listed ingredients, nor does it mention ALLERGIES! Pigs are intelligent, loving, and beautiful animals with a higher IQ than dogs; I will not be paying to have them slaughtered, and I will be refunded.

I'm from Spain, and I'm guessing we make our sofritos a little differently because this one was nothing like the ones I grew up with. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't particularly good either.

This worked beautifully as the main spice/sauce in a flavorful Spanish beef stew with green olives. The red potato stew, served over rice or noodles, was delicious on its own or without the potatoes. This product's bottle label suggests using it to flavor beans as a main dish or side dish; I'll definitely buy it again and try new things with it. It's worth noting that it's flavorful rather than spicy.

This product serves as a foundation for a variety of Spanish-inspired dishes. I'm addicted to plant-based foods and can't imagine my life without them. It's a good thing Amazon sells it and delivers it to my door, because otherwise it would be difficult to find and I would have to travel outside of my area to get it. It's a little pricey on Amazon, but the convenience of having it delivered more than makes up for it.
