How gluten-free is the enchilada sauce?

That's pretty much what I think The corn starch contained in this product is gluten-free.

Can all of the cans be used until their expiration dates?

They were mailed to me in December and expire in July 2020. There is a best buy date on this and I've already used this sauce months after the date and it wasn't any worse.

I don't want you to think this sauce could Darn I wish it weren't so delicious. I use this for leftover chicken - it works really well! You can wrap it in a tortilla, top it with some cheese and enchilada sauce, and pop it The best enchiladas you'll ever taste. There's not as much flavor in the leftover beef and pork, but they're still.

You have good stuff here. Enchiladas with chicken or cheese are delicious with this sauce. It may be necessary for some of you to mix the medium and hot. Compared to Pace enchilada sauce, this is better.
