This is what it says on the can Nuts and Seeds are Gluten-Free Moreover, it states that it is vegan There is no preservatives in these products This product contains soy and is non-GMO No dairy, as far as I can tell. I like the product a lot!

It goes well with shredded pork in enchilada casseroles (we like this sauce). I would recommend this book highly. Grade of "A-Plus".

Cans that have been dented

All of the cans were dented, regardless of the quality of the product. Having to throw it away was not an option for me. This is very disappointing. Those items were shipped that way, as far as I know. Boxes appeared to be in good condition.

A five-star rating for the Dented cans get zero stars, while unsdented ones get three All of the cans were dented when they arrived

The sauce is tasty, but I wouldn't use dented cans as they could have botulism in them. Most likely, it was a shipping error and it did not have anything to do with Amazon or the Unfortunately, that's not good. Since I have purchased this item previously, I give it 5 stars for taste. For the dents, there is no penalty. Donating dented cans is really out of the question. That sauce is awesome!.

Enchilada sauce is best when made with this. Since I grew up in Texas, Mexican food was a big part of my diet. Hackett is one of the best companies in the world. It is amazing how good their products are. It would be great if more stores carried it in the east.
